This little oasis tucked away in Damansara Heights has won numerous awards for its’ wellness services and workouts, giving you your daily sweat and recovery in one place. Working out should be a fun and exciting experience, and that’s exactly what the team at HIIT2fit have succeeded to do in their class formats. Their 2 class styles, Lean (indoor cycling) and Mean (HIIT circuit training) are high energy and intense workouts that will have you walking out exuberant, albeit also a bit on the sore side.
