Weights training and bodybuilding is always in the center of my heart, so that’s what I’d choose. Once in a while, I like to do CrossFit or spinning.

For a group class, I will always choose pop songs for everyone. Workout music for myself I like little hard dubstep and jungle, my chill out song type should be beach lounge. Unfortunately I don’t party anymore, instead, I party in my gym!

Why did you start instructing?
Fitness has been my hobby for the last 15 years since I quit my track and field career. I like the feeling of accomplishment and training gives you that feeling on a regular basis. Besides that, I can help inspire others by giving my best at the gym and in the kitchen. I prefer to train highly goal-oriented people as well as to teach trainers who can then themselves train others and scale my effort. I want everyone in my circle to become a better version and improve every day.

Our personal training weight training class with maximum 10 people and a professional trainer. This trainer takes care of every member as we limit our class to maximum 10 people.

Rock and Hip Hop
What is your go-to cheat meal?
My cheat meal could be a bit of healthy sweet pancakes, some spaghetti bolognese, McDonald’s or just a cookie. I eat pretty clean the whole year so I don’t crave for things like pizza or ice cream. If you untrain your brain from eating such things like hot pot or popcorn then you don’t feel like you need them. I actually eat for a purpose which makes it tough to justify anything that works against my goal.

Why did you start instructing?
I started instructing because I felt that was one way I could give back to the world. In 2015 I started a free outdoor boot camp group called Hooah Squad. I love outdoor Boot Camps, maybe because I’m a soldier at heart.

When working out I love listening to soft rock and rap/hip-hop music. When I’m chilling out is more about rock, Latin music, and Chinese songs even if I don’t understand them I still like the tunes. Since I opened my studio gym I rarely have time to party.
What is your go-to cheat meal?
My favourite cheat meal is Pain au Chocolat with a double chocolate protein shake. If it could be called a cheat meal – I think it’s just the best out there.

Why did you start instructing?
I am a shy person. Coaching is one of the ways I express myself fully. I found friends, home and my true love in my coach career. I’ve always been an active person since little and participated so much track & field competition. I have planted a seed in my heart to be the best coach when I grow up and try all of the sports as much as possible.
What is your favourite class/workout to do yourself?
Since I have started Crossfit, weightlifting is my favourite workout to do and coaching. It gives me excitement and nervousness when I grasp the barbell. Completing a perfect snatch or clean jerk movement, it makes my day better.
What is your favourite music to: workout to, chill out to, and party to?
Depends on what kind of workouts I am doing.
Heavy metal and gangster music are my choices when I am doing powerlifting and test 1RM.
Pop music or US billboard music for my weightlifting training and rehab. Needs to be calm and focused.
What is your go-to cheat meal?
I am a skinny guy. I try to eat as much as possible. I haven’t eaten a single deep-fried chip or drunk cola beverage for years. I am vegan by the way. Staying clean and in prime health isn’t only for my peak performance, but also for my long-term healthy lifestyle.

When I first started teaching martial arts it was just for fun. I was so happy to share my skills with other people. Later on, it gradually grew into my main way of making a living.

Now my favorite is boot camp fitness mixed with elements of boxing and Muay Thai, to stay really fit and strong.

For workout my favorite is reggae music, the rhythm makes me relax especially when someone’s holding pads for me or I’m hitting the heavy bags. For chilling out to I like more heavy metal music, and for parting, my favorite is Latin music especially rhythm section so cool.
What is your least favourite food?
Seafood like crabs shrimp and lobsters; they are delicious but the reaction to my body is not good especially, to my skin it results in an allergy… and spicy food
