1. Bounce Fit at Bounce
What: A legendary trampoline workout estimated to burn 1000 calories in an hour
Area: Al Quoz
Difficulty: 9/10
Parking: Free parking inside & outside Bounce
Tip: Make sure to carry a big bottle of water & a clean napkin to this class!

What: A beginner’s class to pole dancing! No previous experience required
Area: Al Wasl Road
Difficulty: 7/10
Parking: RTA parking on the street outside Le Cafe De la Danse
