What is Strala yoga?
With Grace’s guidance, the hour-long session is a perfect way to come back to your center. Each asana, rather than static becomes active. It awakens areas in the bodies that need attention and care. The entire class has a nurturing nature, as you’ll constantly be reminded that whatever level you are at, its perfect for you. There is no one asana that one has to achieved in any yoga class, but in Strala yoga, you are encouraged to find your unique asana that works for your body. You can choose to stay where you are or move around in a way that feels right for you; it’s almost like tai chi.
