The beauty of strength and conditioning training is that it benefits every individual in every aspect. It is important to understand that strength and conditioning training is not all about lifting “for them gains” nor is it segmented to only professional athletes.
Strength training also benefits your balance, coordination, and posture – yes you at your 9 to 5 corporate desk job! With the guidance of experienced strength and conditioning trainers paired with a well-designed regime, you can address your strengths, weaknesses, muscle imbalances, a range of mobility and any flexibility issues.
Folks for all of the above, you are looking no further than – Union Strength.
Strategically located on the first floor of Hartamas Shopping Centre, Union Strength is the first strength and conditioning facility in the area. The gym was founded by Carlos Villa who was a competitive footballer from the age of 8 and even competed internationally. Eventually, his passion switched to weight training and like how most inspiring stories begin, Carlos, quit his corporate job to pursue his passion in the fitness industry with a vision to create and pool together a community of like-minded individuals.
Union Strength boasts a wide variety of equipment ranging from kettlebells, battle ropes, rowing machines, treadmills, weightlifting platforms, power racks, hex trap bars to even farmers walk logs.
As a hybrid gym combining both strength and functional training, Union Strength’s doors are open to the likes of athletes such as powerlifters, weightlifters, and crossfitters while still being a friendly and helpful environment for beginners. The intimidation factor present in most strength gyms is also thankfully nonexistent thanks to the warm and welcoming staff as well as the straightforward equipment layout. Looking for a personal trainer to guide you towards your fitness goals? Personal training is also offered upon request!
Union Strength operates from 7am to 10pm on weekdays and 10am to 10pm on weekends and public holidays.
