I have always been very passionate about health and fitness especially when I have an endomorph body type, I know I have to work extra hard to stay healthy and it is pretty difficult to stay away from all the delicious food HK has on offer.
Therefore, I don’t approve of starvation to lose weight hence I like to keep myself active and being a GuavaPass member has helped me not only to keep active but attending a different variety of classes, I noticed how my body has become fitter and stronger.
GuavaPass has enabled me to try out new fitness activities that I have never experienced before such as Barre and aerial which I am totally hooked on right now. Taking a variety of yoga classes through GuavaPass has also inspired me to take up a 200 HRs yoga teacher training course which I have recently completed.
From this 6 weeks fitness challenge, I hope to motivate others to stay active and explore new classes. As much as I love HIIT and yoga, I’d like to try out the different variety of meditation classes that GuavaPass also have on offer!
