How do you manage to balance your work life, your influencer role and your personal life with exercise? What does your average schedule look like?
I have an office job from 9-6, and I try to exercise after work 3-4x a week. I usually spend weekends taking influencer-related jobs. I would say I have a packed week to week schedule. I definitely feel overwhelmed and tired most of the time but I really enjoy having a crazily packed schedule, as it makes me feel super good about my productivity.
What made you so interested in the workout you’re representing? How long have you been practising it?
I’ve always been a sporty girl since day one. I made the cut to my school’s volleyball and soccer team, and my dad talked me into entering Taekwondo. I was ranked second in DKI Jakarta in 2010 for fighting. I became a gym freak after I moved to LA, and I’m currently in progress to get a black belt from Taekwondo.
Tell us a little bit about your background and how that has helped shape the woman you are today.
Being very competitive is embedded in my DNA, which explains why I’m so into sports. I strive for self-empowerment and constantly push my own boundaries. The most important part is to find the solid reason why you wanna keep going. When you find that, you’ll be invincible. Never let anyone tell you differently from what you believe in.
What is your view on the saying ‘work hard, play hard’?
I work hard so at the end of the day I don’t feel as guilty playing hard.
What are the 4 things you always carry with you to keep you looking fresh and feeling fabulous?
SKII Treatment Water Essence
Maybelline Baby Lips lipbalm
Lancome Hypnose Mascara

If you had to give your 15-year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Just do what you do best. Chill, because things will eventually fall into place. Be kind, be humble, be grateful. Continue to build your karma bank because you will see results. Always remember that things work out great to those who make the best of any situation.
If you had to give someone who is intimidated by the type of workout you represent one piece of advice, what would it be?
If you can’t commit to any guy, then make the gym your most committed relationship 😜. Your body will always be your most important asset so appreciate the value of it by building a cuter booty!
