A session of group training usually lasts about 45 minutes divided into 3 sections. Each section has a group of exercises that gradually increase in intensity. Not everyone is placed in the same station, you will be rotated three times within one section, and switched between 3 stations, and voila, you’ve just completed 3 sets of 3 exercises!
Post workout, rehydrate, rehydrate, rehydrate! Also, a towel to keep yourself dry, because trust me, you’ll sweat more than I’d like to admit. The workout is perfect for anyone looking for healthy weight loss and lean muscle gain.
