Thanks to an hour spent at Sweatbox Yoga’s latest HIIT Yoga class last evening, that could only mean one thing for me the following day – discovering untouched muscles hidden in my body and somewhat jolted them alive! Guat’s high energy, coupled with her strong techniques and motivating words, sent my muscles to HIIT Yoga bliss.
