Here’s a healthier spin on the classic Indonesian avocado dessert recipe that will get you excited and feeling good. It is simple and incredibly delicious, but the best part about it is there are no added artificial sugars.
What you’ll need:
- ½ cup coconut cream
- ½ cup dark cocoa powder
- 5 pitted dates
- 2 ripe avocados
How to make it:
- Soak the pitted dates in warm water for about 30 minutes to an hour.
- Scoop out the avocado, place into a blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Place the mixture into small bowls or cups and leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop up and enjoy!
Mix powdered dried coconut with some of the dark cocoa powder and put through a sieve. Dust the powder mix over the bowls/cups to create a pretty finish.
